What do you have to remember

Enthusiastic reviews and visible weight loss results have the reverse side.For full functioning, the body needs protein, fats and carbohydrates.And the exclusion from the ration of the last two points has unpleasant consequences.

  1. The lack of fat is fraught with a worsening of the skin and hair, problems with the cardiovascular system and a disorder of hormonal origin.
  2. Without carbohydrates, the brain begins to starve.Vitamin and fiber deficiency leads to weakness, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
  3. The body begins to synthesize glucose of proteins and fats, beginning the process of gluconeogenesis.This leads to additional load on the liver, kidneys and intestines, provoking the exacerbation of chronic diseases and causing new ones.

Grind the zucchini on a big grater.Add the remaining ingredients to the resulting mass.

Stir thoroughly and put in a dish for baking.

Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • 250 g of milk;
  • 250 g of skimmed cottage cheese;
  • 30 g gelatin;
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa;
  • Vanillin and sugar substitute to taste.

Dilute gelatin in hot milk.Pour the aroma and sugar substitute and prevent complete dissolution.Add cottage cheese and cocoa and beat the table with a blender.

Pour the resulting mixture into the shapes and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.After hardening, you can decorate the mousse with a pinch of cocoa.

For the sauce, finely chop the onion and carrots and fry over high heat.Add the tomato paste, water, bring to a boil.

Put the peppers in a deep pan, pour the sauce and simmer for about 1 hour.
